CrazyNeon does not provide any warranty on the products (Power Adapter/Dimmer) ordered via amazon or any other website, nor for an unsuccessful installation of the neon sign. We take no responsibility for the signs, in case the segments are assembled in an unsound and flawed manner.

Since we sell made-to-order products, we cannot cancel orders once the production process is initiated (This includes the predesigned Products in the Website shop section). However, a customer can cancel the product/sign purchased within 4 Hours only from the time of purchase. Beyond 4 Hours the order is deemed final and cannot be canceled. You will be required to send an email with the subject line "Cancel Order " to hello@crazyneon.com within 4 Hours of ordering in order to be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Orders are generally produced & shipped out within 2-5 days (Monday - Saturday). Almost all of our signs are made in our in-house production facility based in India. We ship via premium shipping service providers & it takes about 3-8 Business days during transit for delivery. More than 90% of our orders are delivered within 10 days from the date of order.
